Reuben Ellis Jenkins (b. Feb. 14, 1896, Cartersville, Ga.-d. July 29, 1975), U.S. Army officer, was commissioned in the infantry in 1918. He served with the American Expeditionary Forces during World War I and in China with the 15th Infantry from 1928 to 1931.
